This Italian Space Age pendant expresses the warm, optimistic spirit of late 1970s and early 1980s Italian lighting design. Crafted in gradient methacrylate, the large spherical dome transitions from soft amber to a deeper brown, producing a welcoming, atmospheric glow ideal for dining rooms, living spaces and creative interiors.
The pendant retains its original saliscendi height-adjustable system, allowing the drop to extend from approximately 50 to 150 cm. This functional and visually iconic feature, characteristic of Guzzini and Bud-style lights, adds versatility while enhancing the lamp’s sculptural presence. The chrome details are well preserved, showing only minimal, age-appropriate signs of use.
With its generous proportions (35 cm high, 37 cm diameter), this italian space age pendant immediately becomes a focal point.
